Buying windows for the first time can seem daunting but it doesn’t need to be. Understanding how we work can relieve the uncertainty as well as prepare you for some of the decisions you will need to make as you move along the process.

Getting an Estimate For a quick estimate click on our Express Quotes for an initial price. This will guide you through 5 simple steps that will identify what type of windows you have, aspects of your home, the type of replacement windows you’re considering as well as some of the options available (like whether or not you’d like to have grids). Not all styles of windows or manufacturers are currently available on Express Quotes but you can find out more by calling us and a sales representative can explain all of the additional options. After the Express Quote you can choose to have us contact you to schedule an accurate quote.
Getting an Accurate Quote Whether you’ve decided to view an Express Quote first or you prefer that we come out to measure your windows, this next step will provide you with an accurate quote. Call or e-mail us to schedule an appointment with one of our Measure Techs to visit your home and take accurate measurements and evaluate the condition of your windows. This information will be given to a sales representative who will call you with exact pricing.
Choosing your Windows Once our sales representative calls you with exact pricing they’ll explain some of the additional options available as well as discuss any and all of your concerns and needs. Many customers chose to visit our showroom so they can get an up-close view of the window they’re considering and view our way of installation.
Placing your Order Once you’ve decided on the perfect window for your home, your sales representative will review each of the features you’ve chosen, provide you with a timeline as to how long it will take to have your custom windows made and the length of time to have them installed (we complete most installation in just one day).
Scheduling your Installation Within days of ordering your windows you’ll receive a phone call to schedule the exact date of your installation. You will find out when your windows will be completed and determine the date that is most convenient to your schedule. We will call once again the day before the date of the installation.
Installation of your Windows Installation normally begins at 8 A.M. The Crew Lead will review the project with you before beginning and answer any concerns you may have. All furniture near the windows and the floors will be covered with tarps. At completion the crew will clean all remnants of the installation and will return your home to the way it was. Depending on the size of your project your home can have beautiful new windows by the end of the day.
