How do I measure my windows for an express quote?
Measure from where the window meets the wall on one side to the other side where the window meets the wall. These measurements aren’t exact but they can get you an express quote. For accuracy and even better pricing, let us measure.

What’s the difference between window manufactures?
Window companies often times specialize in options that other companies don’t carry. Why should I change my windows?

How much maintenance is needed with vinyl windows?

We offer a ten year installation guarantee that ensures that any problems relating to installation are addressed and corrected.

Will there be anything left for me do after the windows have been installed?
Unlike some companies that leave behind your old windows or have you paint the inside of your windows; our prices include delivery, hauling away of old windows, installation and taxes. There are no moldings for you to paint and no trash for you to remove. We work with you from start until finish and then some.

Can you install when it rains?
Not normally. All installs that fall on rainy days will be rescheduled. However, in certain instances we may continue with the install. Rainy days are predicted by the weather report and often time rain doesn’t fall in all areas. If it is established that there is no rain in your area we will proceed.

How long does it take to replace windows?
Most homes are completed in just one day. In certain occasions an install may go beyond a single day if the installation is more complicated than normal or if there are several windows to replace.

Is anything subcontracted?
Nothing is subcontracted and all our installers are trained in-house. Each installer must participate in our certified training program, where they are trained by AAMA certified installers and taught Advanced Windows and Doors high level of standards and procedures.

What manufactures do you carry?
We currently carry Milgard, Certainteed, Simonton, International Windows, Atrium and Superior windows but our selection will occasionally change. Please call to verify that we still offer the brand you are looking for.

Will my house be left a total mess?
No. All our installers have been trained to leave your home exactly as they found it only with new beautiful windows.

Will I have access to the room while you’re installing my windows?
In most cases you will have access to all of the room except for the space directly near the window. In some instances the room may be blocked off, but an average length of time to install a window is under one hour, which means you can have access to the room in a short amount of time.
